Edgewood Capital Advisors, LLC was established in 2002 to invest directly in commercial real estate and real estate related debt instruments. Edgewood Capital Advisors has been responsible for committing equity capital for Edgewood Capital Partners I, LP, Edgewood Capital Partners II, LLC and Edgewood Capital Partners III, LLC.

With over 100 years of management experience in all aspects of real estate, Edgewood is uniquely positioned to take advantage of three distinct strategies of commercial real estate investment.

1) acquire commercial properties primarily located in the Northeast.

2) acquire performing, sub-performing, or non-performing commercial mortgages nationwide.

3) originate high yield commercial mortgages secured by properties primarily located in the Northeast.

Currently, Edgewood owns and/or manages over ½ million square feet of commercial real estate located in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Florida, Utah, and Ohio.
