Edgewood provided a $4,500,000 bridge loan for the acquisition and lease up of a 3-acre industrial outdoor storage (“IOS”) facility with 10,000 SF of warehouse space. The loan will provide the borrower with funds to acquire the property, along with funds for capital expenditures and leasing. Edgewood continues to lend on Industrial and IOS properties and is pursuing bridge lending opportunities nationwide.
