Hermione Illaire

Hermione Illaire joined Edgewood Capital Advisors in January 2024. Hermione collaborates with the Director of Loan Servicing, participating in construction draws, monthly invoices, reserve tracking, tax and insurance monitoring and payoffs. Before joining Edgewood, Hermione worked as a Loan Operations Associate at Patriot Bank where she analyzed, onboarded, and serviced SBA and commercial loan products. Hermione earned an associate’s degree from Norwalk Community College.
