Tom Ferrell

Tom Ferrell joined Edgewood Capital Advisors in 2019 and brings over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He is responsible for originating and underwriting bridge loans for transitional and value-add properties nationwide. Over the course of his career, Tom has structured and closed more than $650 million in CRE loans. He previously managed a $500 million loan portfolio at Webster Bank, where he served as Vice President and Credit Analyst. Tom also brings 5+ years of development and construction experience, adding practical insight to his capital markets expertise. Tom holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Babson College.
